Kraken Posted September 13, 2020 Share Posted September 13, 2020 It's the same for both, it saves stats by ID (steam or valve). The difference between them is that the steam ID never changes unlike the valve ID. So, it's hardly recommended for nonsteam users to take screenshots of their ammo packs, points, caps, etc, because it's a common problem for them that their valve id changes, that means they will lose all their aps. And if they have a ss as evidence, they will get their ammo packs back. In summary, if you plan to change your cs version, first make sure to take a ss of your ammo packs, then we will return them to you on your new ID.
